Refund policy

We want you to be confident in your cover. This policy explains when and how refunds are issued.
Cooling-off period
You have 14 days from the start of a new policy to cancel for a full refund, provided you haven't made a claim.
Cancelling after cooling-off
Cancel any time after the cooling-off period and we'll refund the unused portion of your premium on a pro-rata basis, less any administration fee where stated.
Plan fees
- Monthly plan fees stop at the end of the current billing cycle
- Annual plan fees are refunded pro-rata
- No fee applies to cancelling within the cooling-off period
How to request a refund
Cancel from your dashboard or contact support. Refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
